How do I sign up for Club Membership?
Joining our club membership is completely free. You may sign up online via-

I had signed up a Membership account previously, do i need to sign up here again? 
Yes, you will need to sign up for an account on the shopping website using the same email address that you previously used to sign up for the membership with us. This will automatically sync your account. You will also be able to view your membership points / rewards in the shopping website widget.

Does Club Membership have an expiry date?
The Collar Club offers lifetime membership. Memberships are strictly non-transferable. Members will automatically be re-enrolled for each calender year.

What is CC Points? 
CC points are accumulated from every qualified transaction that member has made. CC points allow you to enjoy member benefits associated with your club membership status and also to redeem all exclusive rewards.

How do I earn CC Points?

• Spent Every S$10 = 1 CC Point

You can earn CC points by making below transactions:
- Collar Club Packages
- Collar Club Gift Card
- Pet Grooming & Spa
- Daycare & Play Hour 
- Pet Boarding
- Pet Transport
- In Store  & Online Retail Purchase 

Activities or transactions, or part thereof, that do not earn CC points include but are not limited to: 
- Vouchers
- In conjunction with any promotions
- Redemption of Gift Card

How do I check on my CC points?
Members can check their CC points balance through below methods:
Method 1. Login into your account via link : Click Here
Method 2. Click on the "ClubMembership" widget on the shopping website at the side to create an account.
Method 3. In Store - Approach our friendly staff for assistance 

How long does it take for CC points to be credited into my account?
All CC points earned will be automatically credited to the Club Membership account within 1-2 working days. 

Will I get downgraded from the tier?

Yes, a status downgrade will only apply if required points for each rewards tier are not met by the end of the qualifying periods.
For example: On 5 June 2021 you have been upgraded to a Diamond member ; by 4 June 2022, you only earned enough amount to qualify for Silver rewards tier. In the next 12 month period (5 June 2022 to 4 June 2023), you would be ‘downgraded’ to a Collar Club Silver member.

How long will my status stay with me?
If you accumulate the necessary CC points for each tier during the qualifying 12-month period, your status will be upheld for the subsequent 12 months.

How do I go about reward redemptions?
Step 1: Open the CC membership app, click on "Gift" icon at the bottom. 
Step 2 : Under 'Discover' tab, you are able to browse all available rewards with required CC points for redemption.  (All rewards come with terms and conditions. Please read clearly before redemption.) 
Step 3: To redeem, Click on 'Redeem' at the bottom . System will auto deduct the required CC points from your CC point balance.
Step 4: You will get a confirmation email.You may also find it under app notification icon at the bottom.

How can I find the rewards that I redeemed?
Click on  "Gift" icon you are able to find your available rewards, used history and discover new rewards.

After I redeemed / purchased a voucher, do I need to make an appointment before visiting?
For Grooming / Spa / Daycare / Play Hour / Boarding / Transport please contact outlet to make an appointment during operation hours. Advance booking is needed. Strictly No walk in.
For in-store retail shopping, present your e-voucher to our friendly staff upon check out.
Kindly review our terms and conditions thoroughly before proceeding with any redemptions.

Can you use the redemption voucher to offset online shopping website purchase?
Yes you can.

When you redeem shopping voucher via membership, what will you get? 
You will receive a code from your registered email for you to paste on the  online shopping website check-out page. 

What happens to an expired voucher?
All expired vouchers are voided automatically and cannot be refunded. We are unable to extend the validity of vouchers as the vouchers have a fixed validity upon redemption / purchasing.
